Luxor Nile Cruise Tours

Early morning you will head to the heart of the Theban necropolis - the West Bank of Luxor. Pharaonic tombs, mortuary temples and colossal statues are all there for you to enjoy and explore. Valley of the Kings with tombs built for pharaohs of the New Kingdom and the famous Tutankhamen’s tomb, will be your first sight for the day. After the kings comes a queen – the most powerful queen of all – Hatshepsut and her impressive mortuary temple under the cliffs at Deir el Bahari. Your last stop for the day will be the Collosi of Memnon. The two massive stone statues which, some say, still protect the necropolis of the ancient Thebes.
The rest of the day will be spent sailing upstream, relaxing and admiring the beautiful landscape surrounding the river Nile.

Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

The boat will dock at the city of Edfu. There, a carriage will be waiting to take you to Edfu temple which is one of the best preserved temples in Egypt and was dedicated to the falcon god Horus.
Upon returning to the cruise, the boat will sail south and by late afternoon reach Kom Ombo. You will end your day with a visit to The Temple of Kom Ombo which is an unconventional double temple built to worship the crocodile god Sobek, god of fertility and creator of the world, and the falcon god Haroeris, the god of light.
Sailing to Aswan.

Aswan Nile Cruise Tours

You will wake up in Aswan – the city bursting at seems with fascinating atmosphere, the city of Agatha Christie and the old colonial days.
The best way to start your day? With a love story at the Island of Philae where Goddess Isis spent her days protecting the heart of her beloved Osiris.
The “road” from the temple will lead us to a more modern time towards the High Dam – an impressive man-made creation that changed the course of life around the river Nile forever.
After lunch we will take a felucca, the traditional Egyptian vessel, to sail around the Elephantine Island with its many Nubian Villages and end the day drinking tea and watching the sunset from the terrace at the Old Cataract Hotel where Agatha Christie spent her days writing her famous novel “Murder on the Nile”.

Design your Day in Aswan

You can spend the morning of your own design by visiting the great temples of Ramsis the Great at Abo Simbel. The two temples are not only the most awe-inspiring monuments in the world but they also represent the modern achievement and dedication to preserving these temples by their removal and reconstruction during the construction of High Dam…
…or take the motor boat to a Nubian Village in Gharib Soheil on the West Bank of Aswan. The colorful village will welcome you with its laid-back atmosphere, the smell of spices and incense in the air and the bigger-than-life smiles on the faces of Nubian children you will meet on your walk through the village. According to your flight schedule you will be transferred to Aswan Airport for the flight to Cairo and overnight at the hotel.

Design Your Day in Cairo
